What's up with the youngsters complaining about Our HBCU's being Ghetto? Anywhere a predominately Black Population exists, they are going to be referred to as Ghetto! The term is an outgrowth of Nazi Germany hoarding Jews into one sector of the city because they were considered second class citizens. We must stop referring to our communities as Ghettos. @KissMyClawsTV Wait a minute! I thought you said that employers DO CARE if you went to a Black school. Because you said they look negatively upon it. (YOUR WORDS) You are contadicting yourself. Do you even know the point you're trying to make? The HBCU graduates that I know making 6 or 7 figure salaries are peforming damn well. My HBCU prepared me for a diverse setting, because my professors forewarned us about the racism in the "real" world. Yes, my professors talked openly about race.

@KissMyClawsTV If it wasn't for HBCU grduates like Thurgood Marshall, MLK, etc( products of Howard, Lincoln, and Morehouse), who fought, risked their lives, and successfully won the battle for school integration, then a white college/university wouldn't even be an option for Blacks like yourself.

My final point: If a potential employee doesn't want to hire me because I went to a Black school, then I don't wanna work for the racist bastard anyway. I don't placate to bigots. Goodbye.

For the record, Howard produces a large percentage the nation's Black lawyers and doctors.
