@RockDoctorLV I don't think they meant this to be any kind of educational video. It's just a guy taking the Palomar tour with friends and family. They are basically just freaking out over how the building is rotating, and the view from outside. Btw, it's not Japanese, but Chinese, Cantonese.

This production would have been more effective if it had been narrated in the English language, the recognized international language of science. The Japanese comments were not translated for the benefit of the viewers, and this detracted from the educational value of this video.
