  • Stronger lower abs than upper, something u dont see much often. nice

  • @elitedonk push ups. do push ups, to make them harder put your feet somewhere to make them a little higher. Triceps exercises pretty much but push ups are good!

  • Triceps are involved in every exercises you did… those who do not have strong triceps won't be able to do this
