Stronger lower abs than upper, something u dont see much often. nice

@elitedonk push ups. do push ups, to make them harder put your feet somewhere to make them a little higher. Triceps exercises pretty much but push ups are good!

Triceps are involved in every exercises you did… those who do not have strong triceps won't be able to do this
How often should one do this routine? Everyday? Every other day?

I can do 30 consecutive chin ups but no 1 muscle up =/
