Yay! Congrats on the 5lbs!! I understand you reason for wanting to make that change 100%. I have PCOS and weight loss is crucial for me. Better to make the changes now before its to late.

First of all, I'm so happy that your hubby is luving yo fro! And u had us giving him the side eye! Po fella probably just missed your length! Second, u and I are on the exact and I do mean exact same page regarding this eating/exercise thang. I started this past Monday too! Now we do vary in that I've fell off the wagon more times than I can count! I'm finally serious though, so maybe we can encourage each other. I exercise

Great decision! You should check out kittybookitty's vids. She is natural and lost almost 100lbs and is still working towards her goal weight. Good luck!
