@radicallyforjesus - I agree 100 percent. I love this method too, and it is so much faster and more natural. Rock on! :-)

It's not just that it's fast, you have your thumb in front of the stitch while you're purling so we can't actually see what you're doing when you switch between knit and purl.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this method of knitting. So much easier, and just feels more natural to me. Thank you for posting. I like that you showed the alternation to be able to see how smooth and quick it is. Yes, it is a tad quick, but not bad. I just watched a few times and got it easy.

thank you found this very helpful.

No, all of your videos are too fast, and too short. For beginners like me, you're gonna have to go much slower (I would suggest a count of 2 for each part of making the stitch) and do it a few more times. Verbal instruction as you're doing it would also help.

low down please?

Way too fast
Looked easier than the standard way to purl but please slow it down and do more than one stitch!

Too fasssst!!!
All of you who want me to slow down:
I have two other videos already up, one with only knit stitches, one with only purl stitches. They are both quite a bit slower than this one. This video is only a demonstration of combining the two.
