Every now and again, groups of musicians gather @ the Rendezvous to pay homage to artists that have been a powerful influence in the world of good music. The form of tribute comes by way of performing an entire LP from an artist's catalogue and thus, they adopt 'the LP's' as the band moniker for the evening. On July 20, 2009, Peter Mulvey, David Goodrich, Paul Kochanski, Jason Smith and Barry Rothman assembled for a stellar interpretation of the Tom Waits masterpiece, Rain Dogs.
