Agreed!! Monsanto is by far the worlds worst player in the game of a healthy planet. They polute the Earth, poison it's inhabitants, and say "it is all for the good of the planet". Round Up is their main product, and we should realize that ALL their products are based on this one!!

@openditchdigger you moron, chemicals should not have been used in the first place. Monsanto was the one that introduced these chemicals - agent orange, DDT, round up to begin with. Its not just about increasing yields, its about optimizing the soil quality, the crop yield, nutrition value and the impact on the environment. In other parts of the planet they have goats and cattle that feed on some of these plants. What Monsanto calls weeds we use them for herbs in India.

That's a bunch of crap! Monsanto is a pushy pain in the butt company for farmers but look at the results of yield per acre and total yields. They are off the charts. We have cut chemical use since RR and BT have been introduced. If you dont believe that your fooling yourself. Increased demand from third world countries has been the main reason for more acres in south america. If Pioneer had Monsanto RR they would defend it too. Organtics are for people with full wallets and empty heads!
