Hi. I'm from belgium. I installed à vms delaval in decembrer 2007, and 9 month later, in change it with a lely A3 system who is much better.
So as Tasmanzl says : The Lely A3 has the highest capacity, quicker attachment, safe and cow friendly ...
I'm actuelly at 3.3 milknig / cow / day with an average of 34,8 Kg.

i ve had vms in my barn now for 3 years.. I can evaluate these years in 2 words. NEVER AGAIN.. every single night there are at least 2 alarms.. Hopefully this will be the last summar.. then its lely time..

Hey, this was a year ago, cows are holstein.
A few weeks ago we had about 80 cows on a lely A3 Classic, 2,3 milking / cow / day with an average of 29,8 kg.
Now there is about 70 cows on the robot.

34,8 Kg a day, what cows are these.....Simmentaler.

I've read in dutch papers that there were some famers who switched the detergent of the brushes with the teatspray. What kind of material is used for cleaning the brushes.

@hietboy: the material which is used for cleaning the brushes contains hydrogen peroxide solution, peracetic acid.
