Just performing, but her leaps were fantastic. She has some promise.

Why would she be doing rhythmic? This is artistic gymnastics. Acrobatic elements with flight are not allowed in Rhythmic Gymnastics. From the CoP:

"3.4.1 Only the following groups of pre-acrobatic elements are authorized:

• forward rolls without flight

• backward rolls without flight

• Forward walkovers without flight

• Backward walkovers without flight

• Cartwheels without flight

• « Ralenkova » : walkover starting from the floor

• Chest roll"

Exhibition doesn't require regulation leo. She's Russian, and they do a lot of flexibility training early. In RSG, they do more than just switch leaps for flexibility. Search for "young rhythmic gymnast russia" or "little russian gymnast baby cup" here on YouTube and note the differences. Much more flexibility.

The kids have to be 7 to compete levels 5-7 but they can train the skills for those levels earlier.

I actually don't think she shows nearly enough flexibility for rhythmic. If you haven't watched much of it, you have to look it up and find some little girls doing it - they're sooo beautiful!

Amazing. She's only six, but she looks like she's doing the equivalent of level 6/7. Not that we'd expect less from Russian gymnasts. (In America, the minimum age for levels 5-7 is 7.)

well normally artistic gymnasts don't wear that type of leotard, you usually see rhythmic gymnasts wearing those. i was unaware they didn't tumble in rhythmic. having seen some acrobatic gymnastics now, i'd say that might be what she's training for, based on her extreme flexibility (how many six year olds - even gymnasts - do you know with that type of flexibility?) but who knows. You don't really need to make abrasive replies, surely you could see how i would think she does rhythmic!
