The app has several modes (normal, scored, hint, creative, and instant), providing an assortment of playing options which test your painting speed as well as your artistic side. There's also plenty a progress display, and a built in help screen.

SegPlay® Mobile is an incredibly fun and fascinating paint by number activity for handheld devices. Build on the Segmation™ imaging technology, SegPlay® Mobile allows users to color intricate line patterns from a growing collection. The program supports patterns with hundreds of pieces, each of which can be located via near infinite panning and zooming controls.

The program has a countdown feature so competitive users can optionally try to beat the clock. There are three user difficulty levels, several color schemes, various painting modes (normal, hint, and free), a progress display, and a built in help screen.
