Our neighbors Nate and Jessie joined us on a hike to Half Dome in Yosemite. We went up the Mist Trail to the Half Dome trail, then came back down the John Muir trail. The Mist Trail gets you up close and personal with Vernal and Nevada Falls, but is very steep. The John Muir is longer with its many switchbacks, but is easier going down. Hope you enjoy our video.

I a So Cal Native, also will soon be 52 and headed there in August. Thanks for posting your experience. I hope to be as successful. Did you do any training before? I am reasonably in shape but in training now (6 mos before). What did you use to edit this and what kind of video camera did you use? Nice song too.

I can't tell you how much I enjoyed your video! Was wondering where ya'll are from? I'm a 52 yr old Mississippi girl who has this crazy idea that she wants to make this hike, too. Have I lost my mind?
