Virgil Fox's arrangement of Johann Sebastian Bach's "Now Thank We All Our God." Played by Ty Woodward on the Casavant organ at the Hollywood United Methodist Church.
Flawlessly played, absolutely no question! But, constructively . . . The registration you *started* with is where you should have *finished* (save the 32' reed, which was exactly right). "mf" at the start, building to "fff" is much more effective. And, just *too fast*. It isn't a toccata. When the majesty is lost, the piece is lost. It shouldn't be played deliberately, of course, but shaving 15 metronome points off that tempo - especially considering the acoustic - would've been perfect.
