Haha, the commentator did a fine job, but he mixed up the WWF at the time with World Championship Wrestling (WCW). Hulk Hogan was the champ in WCW in 1995, and that was the year that they made Giant Haystacks a member of Kevin Sullivan's Dungeon of Doom. Haystacks was billed as The Loch Ness Monster in WCW.
