Fine. Did you rent out the condo? Was the condo completely finished by Super Bowl weekend? How much did you get? Will the 'renter' have access to the unit for a full year or will you be violating the HOAs?
I can hardly wait to hear the answers.

Yup!! I even asked if Chris would like to stay in my place Super Bowl week! He was in town for a performance that week but didn't stay overnight.
