  • let's see...my breakfast is either half a serving of oatmeal made with milk instead of water with cinnamon and nutmeg, plain cheerios and milk, or toast with butter and peanut butter and a glass of milk...I like milk haha! For suppliments I take a woman's one-a-day with bone and breast support and a vitamin B complex with addition Vitamin C. I have trouble with migranes after a head injury so I kind of survive off of ibporofin. As for cramps, as hard as it is get active, it aliviates the pain.

  • @starburs Your breakfast sounds like my breakfasts before I discovered I was lactose intolerant! (The pain, oh the pain... but milk was so delicious to me). Now Greek yogurt seems to be fine to my tummy but I refrain from drinking an entire glass of milk. I'm curious, what would happen if you take acetaminophin or ASA instead of ibuprofin? I've heard some things about alternating the painkillers so your body doesn't start getting too used to one. But I could be wrong.

  • You are always so full of awesome information! :) I'm going to have to try the E3 Live. I get bad cramps too, and it's gotten to where I can't take Advil like I used to. I'll get these terrible headaches for days afterward that are worse than the cramps were.

  • @bookworm56227 Oh no! I'm lucky that I'm just not one of those people to get headaches very often (maybe once a year I'll have a bad one) but I get a really short temper. The only thing that will help me then is chocolate. :p

  • nice Lucy

It is always best to go with natural items rather then man made products(ie drugs). You are very nice to your friends and that's a good thing. You are also very discplined in keeping such a routine. Good luck and Happy New Year

  • @sindeejson Thank you very much! I'm trying to keep a good routine, it's the only way I keep my life stress-free and organized, haha. :) Happy new year to you too!

  • @LucyTalks lol yeah idk their so good. and the naked juice is good for you its a fruit smoothie in a bottle lol they sell it at the health stores here in the states

  • @LucyTalks Well i had tried the teen version, they are the only ones i know make me sick. Ooo yum, gummy vitamins :D haha. Thanks for the tip, i'll be trying that out tomorrow!

  • @pinkblackwitch Oh I forgot to say, is it the One-A-Day vitamins specifically that makes you nauseated or all multivitamins? I heard that if you cut them in half and take each half with a different meal it can be easier on your stomach. Or there are specially-made multivitamins that claim to be gentle on tummies - they come in gummy form too! XD

  • @franzabananza Wow, I thought you were just REALLY enthusiastic about the muffins, lol! I also like eggs, they're such an easy hit of protein. :) I had to look up "Naked Juice" but it looks pretty good too!
