makeup lighting - daylight/blue light bulbs!!

differnet types of lighting,, the lighting didnt come across as true on camera.. but maybe it has made you rethink where u apply ur makeup:)

hey sorry it tookme soooooo long 2 getbk2 u soooo busy.... i got the bulbs in an electrical shop they cost about £3.00 i no there r more expensive ones so just b aware of the price.. the make is general electric.. and they r called daylight bulb... u might have to google them hope this helps :)

Very informative! I've never seen any one cover this topic before. Once when I was a teenager, I brought a mirror outside to look at my makeup. I screamed! My face looked dark pink. Ever since, I have always tried to do my makeup with natural sunlight. I have all GE Reveal bulbs in my home. They give off a beautiful blue-white light.

So when you buy bulbs will it say if it is a blue light or a daylight?

@missfoxxxxxxx Have you tried the daylight (blue bulbs) that she mentioned in her video? Just curious if you prefer the GE reveal bumbs or the daylight bulbs she mentioned. I can't seem to find a bulb I like for indoor makeup application so I just stick to doing my makeup in front of a window.

I always blamed this problem on my makeup. I tried sooooo many different products buy they all failed when i looked outside. Now I know its actually my lighting! thanks so much!

Such a useful video, I struggle with lighting, partly due to the fact i'm in Scotland and in Winter the lighting is either awful or it's dark! Lol xx
