This is the difficult version of the baby freeze for those of you who can't learn it the easier way for one reason or another. It'll take longer to get right because your wrist muscles might not be strong enough, so don't give up if you don't get it right for the first week or so.

    why are people calling this the turtle? turtles you stab into your stomach. this is stabbed into your side & this is the harder version of the baby freeze because you dont have the support of scissoring your leg on your less dominant arm

    I hate all other videos where they tell you to lean your knee on the elbow and drop into the freeze. Not realistic at all.
