@kaxxcn That probably wont be happening any time soon. The video files for 720p for a 14 minute segement are already close to 400 MBs. I Upload on average 5 videos a day... 2GBs of uploads plus the additional encoding time really makes it not worth it.

@BlizShouter Hey, Crota. Been a fan of yours for months now. I don't have a 1080p-capable monitor, yet; but when I do, I will like to see that you'll have upgraded to 1080p. You can get a 1.5TB HDD at newegg for $80 (~$.11 per 2 GB). I suggest getting a separate low/mid-end 4-core system just to handle the majority of encoding and uploading videos. No new monitor necessary. Just hot-swap the monitor or archiving HDD when you need to... An investment for more many more subscribers?

@tigonridge I'm not to concerned about the storage space as I already have two 1 TB HDDs in my machine. I'm concerned about other changes I will need to do in order to get true 1080p recording. My monitor itself is only displaying at 1050p so there would be some quality issues in simply trying to upscale for that last 30 pixels. Uploading would also be much larger as well and I already spend 4-6 hours a day uploading content. I've heard people say my 720p is better then others 1080p though.

seems like you need to adjust your personal sound.. you didn't hear any of the nydus worms spawning.. so you may wanna fix that so you can see the action better

@Sezlar There is a slight delay in my own voice if I record computer and microphone audio from the mic. I end up being forced to watch the replay without sound. But you guys get a better cast.

@dcorban Wouldn't want him to "worry" about it. His 720p uploads are already awesome. Given the option, though, I'll always pick the higher resolution, even if it means a longer wait to dl.

@BlizShouter Right. I understood it's quite a couple of hurdles. Just my hope that you'll be able to pull it off in a few months... I have a 720p laptop and whenever I switch over to my girlfriend's 1600x900 laptop I'm always delighted by the significant increase in visible details/action.
