you don't need a routine people, just eat healthy and regulary do the pull ups both normal and reverse grip in equal reps and sets at least once a day and you'l hit 20 in 2 weeks or less if you are consistant and don't slack, ive neva had any exercise routine but can do 50 either grip

@kylegap dont try it, watch all ten of this guys videos youll see why, he managed to get weaker after ten weeks, worst program out, change things around, once a month at least. this guy should have sacked this program after the frist few weeks and gone ofr weighted pulls, i guarantee you man oyu would have hit 20 pulls by that tenth episode.

@hjalmarBuoi He's doing Pullups, you're doing reverse pullups. Standard Pullups is harder then Reverse Pull ups well for me it is. :) I can do 20 so far, not sure how many I can do now but I will post it when I do it. :D You take care, and God Bless. :)
