Today is a historic time not only for America, not only for Black People or Ethnic Minorities but for the World! This will bring about change that no one can predict and creates a great opportunity for us to unite to work towards a better and brighter future. Along with Lewis Hamilton and many others, US President-elect Barack Obama has demonstrated the power of having a dream and how it can lead you to success above expectation. This is a big lesson for us all, one that we should use to elevate our lives.

As a Black man I do not feel that the dream of Martin Luther King jr. has come true and will not until the majority of us black and white begin to dream and thrive to transform our lives beyond imagination. Todays result has reinforced my view that there are more opportunities today than any other time in history but those determined to utilise those opportunities are limited. It is like we have been told to stop dreaming and get inline with the harsh reality of life.

Well I say dream again, dream bigger and do not stop! Take any past mistakes / disappoints as a lesson to remember what not to do and gain strength from that experience. We owe it to those who laid the foundation before us but also for the generation to come. More importantly you owe it to yourself as you only get to live once so make it count!

Obama is weak. He is a semi Communist. He sat around and associated with radicals in his youth, did nothing for the last 15 yrs and now he is trying to push us into socialism. the speaches are nice but his ideas are not great. He is thin on real ideas. He is the union leader who cannot build a plant but rather can tax it down to nothingness
