my project to make a in car vhf to uhf crossband repeater so when away from the car i can still get radio calls via a uhf handheld, radios are kenwood tk-7180 and motorola gm300, a easier way to do this is just use 2 gm300 and a bidirectional cable from ebay. got main infor from pyramid svr 200 infomation sheets on radio pinouts and settings, i will do another video once installed.
i am not at all the tech kind could you tell me how to make my own repeater for vehicle and all the equipment that i need.( i own 2 handheld radios one is 2 -meter, the other is a saber 440).mb60304@gmail.com
