HAha, that's the age old question. I believe she says "shoot you" because of the gesture she makes with her hand. Some will debate that she says, "shoop, shoop" to kind of tie the song in with the song "Exhale (Shoop, Shoop)". If I ever meet her, I will without a doubt ask her! =)
