I don't know where you stand on this, like what type of person you are. However, being a social introvert, I think you have the right intention speaking about this but people will not get up after watching this video and go to a social event. I hate big crowds; I look down when I walk; I've always been this way. We do this to ourselves, and though we don't receive a lot of social interaction, I think most shy people are much more profound. The perk of being shy, is being special.
