i also just find out about this site http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?t=73241 its really helpfull and easy to copy the weapons from. however it doesnt show the weapon names of the vehicle guns.

This video contains a scripting tutorial. I listend to the comments of my previous tutorial video and found out that i gave to little explanation. This time i tryed to explain more what i was doing and what you must do to make it happen.

Its important that you first download PboView (just google it). when you extract and maybe change some of the .pbo files by accident its important to make a backup of the .pbo files that youre going to use. i always work with the copy of the .pbo files and leave the original .pbo files untouched. If your having trouble reading the instructions take your time and hit the pause buttom ; )

I first made a tutorial video of 15 min. long but youtube doesnt allow any vids that are bigger then 10 min :O so i had to render and upload it all over again. I will upload the other tutorial part soon :P

This is played on very high settings. If your wondering what my specs are,

Intel Core Duo CPU E7400 @2.80GHz
XFX Radeon HD 4890 XXX 1GB
2 GB ram
1920 x 1080 Full HD

All the scripts i used:


give a diffrent type of ammo scripts:

this addweapon "put weapon name here";

this addmagazine "put magazine name here";

For example:

this addweapon "gau8"; this addmagazine "1350Rnd_30mmAP_A10";
---------------------------------------------------------------

replace standard weapon with new weapon script:

removeAllweapons this;

for example:

removeAllweapons this; this addweapon "AKS_Gold"; this addmagazine "30Rnd_762x39_AK47";

this script gives you the golden AK-47

so what if i have deamon tools. i use it to play cracked video games that are singleplayer (offline) only. big deal... i did buy arma 2 and some other online games. and btw, downloading in my country is legal if its for personel use only.

yo gast ik heb script: unit1 playmove "ActsPsitMstpSnonWnonDnon_varS­ittingOnTheWall"; en die werkt niet en unit1 playmove "ActsPercSnonWnonDnon_carFixin­g2"; dat script werkt maar ze bewegen supper sloom dat geld ook voor alle andere animatie die wel werken. heb je meschien tips van hoe ik dat kan fixen

@ofp555 you need to set the height i will give you the script you must put it in you aircrafts initilization or something you will have to tweek the height this setPos [getPos this select 0, getPos this select 1, 20]
