@GivenUpForYou In fact, Islam encourages slavery. The institution is commended in the Qur'an, along with concubinage. The Islamic slave trade was (and is) much longer and more widespread than its Western equivalent. Given half a chance, it would start again, because it is still permitted in shari'a law. Islam has much to be ashamed of: slavery is among its greatest disgraces.

Funny, One would think from what the Lib Left media and educational system feed us, that the USA was the last country to know slavery, up until the 1860s. I guess we can't be exposing anything nasty truths about the "religion of peace", it wouldn't be very PC.
