When i say this i kept saying Dumbledore how could you :/ and then when Snape has Lily in his arms i shed tears EVERY TIME. I dont do that really but for this i cant help it.

@grenbaygrl1 The thing is, he was a jerk. If you read the books, James picked on Lily til their 5th year. He wasn't always a good guy.

they should've shown the part where he holds Lily's letter and cries.

This pretty much dissolves snapes villanous complex if you still claimed that he had one. If you can relate to snape then you can see how he hates James, even if it is a slightly childish grudge and jealousy over Lily

I also hate how they left out the part where snape says he's okay with James and Harry dying.

I still am not a fan of snape ( I appreciate what he did for lily but in my oppinion that doesn't make up for the rest of the stuff he did) yet I can say I loved this part in the movie. Although I wish they didn't make James look like such a jerk in the movies.
