IMPORTANT: If the subtitles aren't showing up then go over to the far button on the bottom of the video that looks like an arrow pointing up. Mouse over this and a button which says "CC" on it should pop up. This will let you turn the subs on and off. This is also where you can switch between the English and romaji subtitles.
