After food has been heated to cooking temperature, it can be placed into an insulated box where it will continue to cook until it is done.

  • I really appreciate you guys showing how to do this with just things found around the house. Not only does heat box cooking require less energy, but it's also harder to burn dinner that way. Good job.

  • I could tell the stew was done because the pieces of chicken... When she was checking it - Were white and showing no pinkness which would mean it was uncooked still. But no, there wasn't...
