Sounds like rifle fire, but I guess it is old type AA like which have been used by Iraqis in Shock and Awe campaign (during first night bombing) in Iraq. i am not sure what type it is...

Wired American: Im not sure, but it looks like outgoing fire, probably primitive anti aircraft fire aimed at Israeli aircraft or helicopters.
