WOW that was a great video ..
Somehow you play like EVH yet still made it sound like your own guitar solo !

I'm sure people watching will think that this is a guitar technique invented by Eddie Van Halen
( Cathedral Diver Down ) but it was actually something
Les Paul was fooling around with years before Eddie even picked up a guitar..!
Got that information directly from Les Paul himself one night after I played this live @ The Iridium jazz Club

Stop by the JohnDennerRocks Youtube channel for Live concert footage video from the New Van Halen tour featuring Eddie's son Wolfgang on Bass

Steve Vai and the String Theories band perform the opening track "Now We Run" from the new DVD "Live In Minneapolis - Where The WIld Things Are".

The show was recorded and filmed at the State Theatre in Minneapolis, MN before a sold-out audience as part of Vais successful Sound Theories world tour.

Vai is widely known for both his unprecedented guitar playing techniques and the unique design of his signature series Ibanez Jem guitar.

Eddie Van Halen uses this guitar technique in his live guitar solo
Cathedral from Diver Down..

Nice touch & spin on a very creative guitar style and technique using delay,
are you using the MXR fpr the effect?
