AWESOME. Even though he plays great banjo on Don McLean Solo, I never really knew he was THAT good. It's a crying shame that "I Want Her" was never properly recorded. That song is fantastic.

This is from the documentary 'Till Tomorrow' about Don McLean filmed at a New York University concert in December 1971 which is still unavailable on DVD and out of print on video. The following song 'I Want Her' was written by Don but is so rare that this is about the time he ever recorded it.

This is truly the best i saw in a long time. Was the docu "till tomorrow" about Don Mclean? And is the song after the liveclip also Don? And if so, why don't i know it?
