VIPIR is very expensive. Our abc station invested in a more powerful 350,000 watt radar and VIPIR from Baron and it cost nearly half a million dollars

a tv station. GRLevel 3 is a pretty good program, only $80

Baron products are really expensive, Threat Net Plus is like $1800 a year and theres a fee for the CD too. Fastrac and VIPIR, I'm not sure, I don't know if you can even get it if your not a

it's the actual doppler radar not the program, you can get a radar program from $50-2000

I would but it is located in West Dayton and I do not feel like getting shot... I've been there one time for a photo-op years ago and don't plan on going back! lol

In my area, 2 stations have had that for like 2 years...KFVS 12. WPSD TV. They have alot of features at WSPD.

Some stations have had one meter mapping for a couple of years, but the radar itself and the technology built inside, nobody else in the US has yet.
