Pretty amazing.

I wonder how many fish they can grow in that greenhouse, if they ever decide to spend money on tanks&fish instead buying chemicals and changing water every couple of days. Aquaponics is the next stage of growing your lettuce.

wow, that is impressive. clever technology, well done.

@MarvelExtra This is good. You save cost in space and chemicals (EPA costs) and directly spend that money on employee hiring. It's more work, but more work is good if the result is more profit with no gain in cost. Everyone wins.

There are actually lots of good advantages in these techniques. Clean local production with less nutrient and water consumption compared to traditional methods. No need to use pesticides since biological methods can be used.
Also advanced techniques allows vertical growing that will easily multibly the growing area.
In the future all households can have indoor garden like this: zengrow.com

@pasilindberg Greatings from Venezuela, I'm interest in the hydrophonic method of harvesting, were can i get more information about levels of oxygen and the proper fertilizer? some course or study that you might reacomend? thank you

@diewesentliche I do not have any official course in mind what I could recommend.
My own background is chemistry studies and learning by doing.
If you want to learn by doing I recommend of building small scale systems first. From internet you can find basic information about the different systems. There are shops where you can find ready made fertilizers and DIY parts.
zengrow.com is offering plug-and-play products for small scale production purposes (systems from 2 up to 1000 plants).

It is actually possible to do the process without transplanting.
In large scale with transplanting process being used it is actually more efficient as it uses less space.
If all the small seedlings would be using same space as the final stage plants you would need three times the space.
There are same amount and even more seedlings coming same time as there are final stage plants.
I hope this answer is clear enough!
