It's a Manta Ray. An Eagle Ray is a Stingray, if you consider a Ray with a stinger as a Stingray. Thos sounds sarcastic but Eagle Rays, as well as Cownose and Bat Rays, are in the Eagle Ray family, not typical Stingrays.
