That's why they do a variety of tests. One test alone does not show if you are impaired or not. The first one is all neurological. If your eyes can't follow without jerking all the time, you're likely impaired with alcohol or drugs. Hell he didn't even ask him to walk a line or stand on one foot, these were administered professionally. Heck he even did the alphabet test a 3rd time incorrectly without even being asked.

Overland Park is only one city in Johnson County, numbnuts. Prairie Village, Mission Hills, Fairway, Leawood, etc, etc, all wonderful places to live. Yes, central and western kansas are horrible, but that is not Jayhawk country.

In addition to my complaints: I hate the Mzzou tigers and Laugh that they are in the SEC. Do you think you have a change against LSU? Alabama? Miss? FL? Georgia? Game Cocks? Mizzou will be lucky to win 4 games next year. Smart to be part of the south... Good Karma I want Mizzou to play the Gators and get their azz handed to them.
