how to make a gaming border with gimp

a video i made for one of my subscribers(XxBazookaProductions) its how to make a border using gimp and pinnacle

it can be used for whatever you want maybe montages or whatever.

btw sry bout the quality i used camstudio which sucks compared to camastia also i dont know why but the audio is a little fast so sorry about that

ok well ive been looking at it most of the day and as of now i dont see a way to put it into the title slot or make another video layer so im sorry. but if u want to do this then u can get something like pinnacle studio, sony vegas or after effects to edit in that it will work for
