Video of one of the oldest species of animal on the planet. These creatures where around long before dinosaurs. This creature was found atop a desert mesa in Southern Utah. These creatures only live for about a month, but their eggs can last almost forever. The eggs wait until there is a certain water pressure before they hatch. They are called Triops because they have 3 eyes.

  • @GoW3entertainment Are you sure they will not hatch in distilled? because I have captain squiggles and he and his subordinates which he ate later all hatched from 100% distilled water

  • @GoW3entertainment Oh, and i bought my triops set on Amazon.com. I got mine for 2 days shipping for free. I'm not sure if they have any more in stock though.

  • @jameswildones Well umm..You used distilled water....Triop eggs will not hatch in distilled water. The water must be 100% natural spring water
