Here's my latest FPGA doodad. It's an FPGA Sega Master System slash Game Gear slash Colecovision slash SG-1000. It runs on the same hardware that my FPGA NES runs on (and FPGA atari 2600).
It's kinda interesting that the water at the bottom of level 2 uses the line interrupts to change the palette mid-frame to do the water effect. It's very prominent on here because the entire border changes too. On a Game Gear this wouldn't be visible since it'd be offscreen.
There are a few minor bugs- the line interrupts are 1 scanline late, and the viewport has 1 line of extra pixels on the left side (you can see a garbage column on the very left of the title screen). I only put 3 days of work into this so far so there's bound to be a few minor bugs, hehe.
@duodream I think its an Altera Cyclone III EP3C25, and I know it's over 70% used.
