  • metal spoon on a stick free pan surface?

  • Yeh Jim, And I have been wondering what happens to all the Teflon coating that dissapears off of pans. We MUST be consuming it with out food. Slowly yes, little by little. Then we wonder why we get so much cancer and other illnesses we can't explain.

Unfortunalty, we don't have Corn Syrup here in UK otherwise I would be making this now. Yumyum

  • Like if your eating peanut brittle while watching this

  • Love ur vid, helped out 100% Im a cook now!!

  • Like how I make mine, but I put butter and vanilla extract in mine. I also keep the pan (that the finished brittle is poured on) in the oven to keep it hot and just tilt then pan until it is spread to the thickness I want it. That gives me more time to work with it.

  • I like to double the PENItS

  • put a shirt on.

  • I swear to god it sounds like shes saying 'penis' lol. Spanish penis.

  • Old people just can't understand new technology. Her candy (toffee and peanut brittle, and probably everything she cooks) is contaminated with the scrappings from that metal spoon. I'm guessing her stupid relatives don't know any better either since neither of them said anything.

  • Made 3 batches of this so far and turned out absolutely perfect!!!!! I did add a pinch of salt at first and a spoon of butter right before the baking soda (another website said that helped make it fluffy...Only advice I would give is grease pan with butter NOT Pam..when I used pam the pieces broke into small pieces but butter was awesome it came off all in one sheet like it does in the video.

    Amazing! Thanks Cindy!

  • how much water did she says? 1/4 cup?
