Professor Megan Conway of the University of Hawaii at Manoa demonstrates a software caled ZoomText which helps people with low vision to read text on their computer.
Zoomtext is my best friend :) As a VI student it is hard to keep up when you are squinting at the screen all the time. I really helps but i must say it IS incredibly expensive
I like Zoomtext but for personal use it is far, far too expensive! I can either buy Zoomtext, a box with a CD inside or 2 computers.or 1 computer and a big monitor.
The open source programs do not offer the different colours so I got a pirate copy!
I'm a professor at Santa Monica College in the Center for Students with Disabilities and would love to use your ZoomText in accessibility demos I do occasionally. The videos you do are informative and easy to understand for the viewer.
it is unfortunate enough to have low vision..now they charge hundred dollars for this software..it is so injustice..even the hardware is cheaper than software nowadays..i understand that you want to make profit, but i think this is too much...

Not trying to sound like linux fanboy, but if any of you are into opensource linux OS, you can try Ubuntu that supports native screen zooming.
