The one thing I don't uderstand about creationist is that even if he would have said "I don't know, but we are searching for an answer" or something along those lines, how is that a bad thing? How is one scientist supposed to know everything? I am personally a Biochemist and I'm more than willing to admit when I don't know the answer to something. that doesn't mean I don't know where to find it, or that no one else knows the answer.

I would like to say that, although I respect Dawkins and believe in evolution, he doesn't actually answer the question asked, which is is there an example of increase information in the Genome. To answer that question, yes, down syndrome, which is the acquirement of three 23rd chromosomes.

Very sad that these hypocrites need to cut and paste videos. Mr Dawkins has explained that these people entered his home under false pretenses, and this video is actually video of his realization that these people in his home are not who they claimed to be.

I think they pasted an answer from a different question. I think if he was answering the Genome question then he surely would have mentioned the Genome at least once in his answer.

The answer they 'pasted on' was clearly from a question about transitional form.

Either way.. Dawkins doesn't get stumped. Unlike religion.. if he struggles to answer a question he will admit it.. and not make up randomness to explain it.

Dawkins' response explains why the question is an absurd one, it is his way of nipping the faulty logic in the bud. He explains that a person who would think a rabbit's genome, for example, contains more genetic information than that of, say, an earthworm is missing the point. An earthworm and a rabbit have both come the same distance from the origin of life, they are just as evolved as one another.

Information is not what DNA measurably is, or contains, information is what DNA does.
