At the above link.. see the weekly precipitation levels .. see and "rings" on the map.. gee.. i wonder what is at the center of those rings.. maybe a nexrad radar station at an airport or National Weather Service location?

I know LA and Southern California have used water from Northern California since the teens of the last century...now I know why it has so much more precipitation than I remember as child growing up in central cal. All the Northern California reservoirs supply southern Cal. I mean the greedy developers and investors have basically diverted the entire contents of the Colorado...why would this surprise anyone?

Hi Dutch. Please do a presentation showing the strong manipulation of weather. I mean PowerPoint and make it available to everyone to download and send it to every news person in the country. Presentations have a tremendous impact, when the evidence is strong and it is very strong with your findings. I would send it to everyone I know and ask them to do the same. I believe this is a powerful way to get the word out. Thanks and keep up the good work.

well dutch, night before last, when we had them big storms in kentucky, look just east of kentucky on this map,, see the 6 radars east of KY and TENN. in a circle? one is red so i say 6,, but i watched a dopler radar map in motion, and watched those 5 points blow up big time just like the ones on the map here in this video. I thought it was a harrp ring at first like i saw on ur, mike and ginny's vid, but i saw the same exact thing like in this video. To bring radiation down perhaps?????????

I am just amazed of all the videos that you have posted in reference to the HAARP rings and the weather manipulation. Dutch, I advise you to get hold of the emails of all the reporters from various new channels and send them the various evidence of how HAARP is behind the severe weather that we are getting within the United States.

@WhereIsTruth - no, I don't believe so. The Weekly Precipitation Map, per the link Dutch provided says: "The precipitation imagery displays precipitation estimates in colorized contoured bands by interpreting the intensity levels of NOWrad mosaic radar into rainfall estimates each hour."
