@Orplie dont think he can answer this question since he didn't do it. i wish i knew the REAL artist coz i wanna follow him on something like deviantart if he has it =P such a shame to see people upload HIS/HER work and not mention who really did it. =(

@Orplie not to sound obvious but it's called "layering" (literally). it's the same way you do oil paintings and portraits

@halovir well on photoshop for his/her adding extra effects, the actual drawing is done on one layer which is amazing because he has no colour mixing (like what happens when I try to do stuff on one layer in SAI).
