Sesame Street: The Beetles - Letter B

The Beetles performing the Letter B, with a brief intro by the Count. A similar version already exists on YouTube, but this is a better quality recording with slightly different sound.

The previous owners of the Beatles catalog was actually going to sue The Childrens Television Workshop over this song. They were asking 5 million, which would have bankrupted them. M. Jackson bought the Catalog and dropped the lawsuit. MJ saved Sesame Street.

I'm thinking it was probably Chris Cerf. He usually wrote the pop song parodies.
