Vincent Price and Agnes Moorehead star in this third feature film adaptation of Avery Hopwood and Mary Roberts Rinehart's play about a sinister killer on the prowl known as "The Bat". Directed by Crane Wilbur and featuring an all-grown-up Darla Hood of Our Gang fame.

    Shown as part of the horror double Bill season on BBC 2 on Saturday the 23rd of August, 1980, it was the day before my birthday. The film that followed was the werewolf, starring Peter Cushing.

    This has been my all-time FAVORITE movie since I was 2 years old, I LOVE it. And the trailer is great, they really knew how to advertise and make it creepy.
