Yeah, videocopilot, utsuru, creativecow, mattrunks's blog etc...
Realising the intro is easy but you have to mix what you learned with these tutorials. You also have to touch every button on AE to see what effect correspond to it. This is what I made to use After Effects now ^^

The intro was realised with Adobe After Effects.
But when you don't kno anything about After Effects this is really hard =/
