UFO in San Francisco with a Cloak Field or a test plane

major activity in S.F. tonight. This was filmed about 30 minutes ago from the Coit Tower. I went up to film the sunset tonight. right when I was about to pack up I saw this strange distortion moving through the buildings.

I still had my camera on and quickly taped it flying right above the buildings in San Francisco. If you look closely enough you can see a bird flying into it and then it falls to the ground.

I don't think I have ever seen anything like this. Someone there said it looked like the one from New York City but I have not had time to look for it. I don't know maybe it is a new plane that is being tested.
