@bappichulo Let me tell ya...my neighbor has one of those dogs...and it isn't very bright...so you're right that the dogs are smarted. I've had occasion (3x's) to speak with him...and I think he's a DOLT...a "space-saver" more than not. His reason for voting for Cap&Tax was SO BOGUS! I think someone fed him info to vote with...and he never researched beyond that!
