take some weight off and go further forward. You will work your hamstrings better which in turn will help you squat and deadlift more. I have squatted 210 raw and only use 90kg on this exercise. Just my two cents anyways.

You only have to bend over as much as you would if you were deadlifting in order to use a good morning to help out your deadlift. When doing good mornings you must duplicate the action of your deadlift precisely. Straight from Louie Simmons, the best powerlifting coach in the world. And that's a fact. Not a full ROM? That's like saying if you're not defecit deadlifting then you're not deadlifting through a full ROM.

dont no one do it to pins in the rack. to better depth? 0-10degree above paralel?

it's best for me - with "no depth" but with weight I've made my best DL :-)
