Luxury Travel Writer Nancy D. Brown sails to Honduras on Princess Cruises Crown Princess and visits local Garifuna dancers in Roatan. Ladies dance the Punta, while the males dance the Jur Ca Nu.

The men disguised themselves as women during war time, as only the men were being killed, thus the female masks and clothing.
